How does the free trial work?
Sign up with your email and everything in Pro is yours for 7 days. No card and no payment details. When the trial ends, pick a period to carry on — or don’t: your data stays.
How do I pay?
In crypto — USDT and other major coins — on NOWPayments’ secure payment page. Pro starts as soon as the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, usually within minutes.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You pay for one month, three months or a year at a time; nothing is ever charged by itself. We email you a few days before Pro ends.
Which exchanges and markets?
Binance and Bybit — spot and USDT perpetual futures — with live prices, funding and liquidations. You don’t connect an exchange account: the chart reads public market data.
Do alerts work when my computer is off?
Yes. Alerts are checked on the server every minute and reach you on Telegram and as phone notifications, with the chart and the phone closed.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes — in any modern browser, and it installs as an app. Your drawings, alerts, journal and settings sync between your devices.
Is my data private?
Your charts, drawings, journal and settings are kept on the server for your account only. We never ask for exchange API keys or wallet access.
Can I get a refund?
A period that has started isn’t refundable — that’s why the trial is free and long enough to try everything. If something goes wrong, write to us.
