Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 September 2026

1. The service

Chart (“the service”) is a web application for charting crypto markets, planning and journaling trades, backtesting, paper trading and alerts, run by Chart (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. Your account

You need an account with a valid email address and a password. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person; please don’t share it. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live (18 in most countries).

3. Free trial and Pro

New accounts get a free trial of Pro for 7 days (longer when you sign up with a friend’s referral link). After the trial, Pro is paid for in advance for a period — one month, three months or a year — at the prices shown in the service. Paid time is added after any trial or period still running. Nothing renews automatically: when a period ends, Pro stops until you pay for another one. We may change prices for future periods; a period already paid for is not affected.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, NOWPayments, on their payment page. A period counts once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Because crypto payments cannot be reversed, payments for a period that has started are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If you send less than the invoice, the period is not added until the difference is settled — contact us. Network fees are yours.

5. Referrals

When someone signs up with your referral link and pays for Pro for the first time, you receive the free days stated in the service. Referring yourself, fake accounts or other abuse cancels the reward and may close the accounts involved.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people’s data, to scrape or resell it, or to use it for anything unlawful. Don’t upload content you have no right to share. We may limit usage that puts the service at risk (for example the number of alerts or requests).

7. Not financial advice

The service provides tools and information only. Nothing in it — including indicators, alerts, backtests, AI analysis or anything we write — is financial, investment or trading advice. You decide what you trade and you are responsible for the result. See the risk disclosure.

8. Market data and availability

Market data comes from third parties (Binance and Bybit public market data) and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We work to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable at times, and alerts or notifications may arrive late or not at all (for example when an exchange, Telegram or a push service is down). Don’t rely on the service as your only safeguard for open positions.

9. Your content

Your drawings, alerts, journal, settings and screenshots remain yours. You allow us to store and process them to provide the service to you. A share link you create makes that chart picture visible to anyone who has the link, until you delete it.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Account & billing → Account; your data is removed. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Paid time is not refunded when an account is deleted or closed for a breach of these terms.

11. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the service before it applies. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact us through the contact details on the website.
